Some of the Content on Go See Campus represents the opinion of the author, and should be treated as opinion rather than fact. Go See Campus does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Website. Access

Go See Campus periodically schedules system downtime. Unplanned outages also may occur. Go See Campus shall have no liability for the unavailability of the Website or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages.

Go See Campus may establish practices and limits concerning use of the Website, including without limitation the maximum number of trip plans that may be saved in your account and the maximum disk space allotted on your behalf. To get certain Services, you will be required to create a user ID and password. Community Guidelines

Review System

University representatives are encouraged to interact with Go See Campus users according to the Professional Code of Conduct outlined in the Community Guidelines. Universities and other entities evaluated through the Go See Campus system of reviews, and their agents, may not intentionally manipulate ratings for the purpose of falsely representing a university or an entity's quality on the Website.

No Commercial Use

You may not use another user's information, personal or otherwise, for any commercial purpose or to obtain direct financial gain (including, but not limited to, use for mass marketing purposes). Any such use shall be deemed to be a violation of these Terms. The Website is to be used by you for your personal use only. Commercial uses of the Website are prohibited unless Go See Campus has provided prior written consent.

Special Conditions for International Use and Exports

Go See Campus makes no representations that the Services are appropriate for use in all locations, or that transactions, products, instruments, or services discussed are available or appropriate for sale or use in all jurisdictions. You access the Website and the Services on your own and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Use of Travel Affiliate Services

Go See Campus works with third party travel providers to offer goods and services including hotel, flights, cars, and activity reservations. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services through our affiliates. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of those websites.

Although most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk. By offering travel to particular destinations, Go See Campus does not represent or warrant that travel to such places is advisable or without risk and is not liable for damages or losses that may result.

Length of Terms

The Terms remains in effect until terminated by you or Go See Campus. Terms may be terminated by your making a request through our Contact Us page and by our disabling your account. If you are unsatisfied with the Services, your sole remedy is to disable the account. We may terminate the Terms, in whole or with respect to a Service, with or without cause, at any time upon our disabling your account.

Go See Campus, and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or other suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage due to causes beyond their control. You understand that Go See Campus accepts no responsibility for security of information transmitted over the Internet.

Without limiting any of the foregoing, if Go See Campus, or any of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors or suppliers is found liable to you for any claims or matters arising under or in connection with the Terms, the aggregate and maximum liability for Go See Campus and such parties for all such matters and claims in any calendar year shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Go See Campus for the specific Service or product giving rise to such liability.

Miscellaneous

The Terms and the Privacy Policy represent your entire Terms with Go See Campus with respect to your access and use of the Go See Campus Website. Except for affiliates of Go See Campus, the Terms do not confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person other than you and Go See Campus. The Terms may only be amended in the manner described in the Section "Changes to Terms and Services" above. You may not assign the Terms without our prior written consent. The Terms shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Remedies

Should Go See Campus determine that you have breached the Terms or engaged in inappropriate conduct, we may, in addition to any other remedies that may be available,

• warn you of the violation;
• delete any content provided by you or your agent(s);
• terminate your use of the Website;
• notify and fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; or
• take any other action which Go See Campus deems to be appropriate.
